Dafny is a GME leader with over 13 years of experience in residency and fellowship program management, operations, and coordinator development.
Her work focuses on building structured, high-functioning programs by translating complex accreditation requirements into practical, real-world systems that improve workflow, efficiency, and program performance.
She has held national leadership roles, including Vice Chair of the Association of Program Managers in Obstetrics and Gynecology (APMOG), and has contributed to coordinator training and mentorship through curriculum development and national presentations.
As Co-Founder of GME Compass, Dafny is focused on helping GME professionals move beyond task management and into strategic, systems-driven program operations.

Julie is a nationally recognized GME leader with over 19 years of experience across multiple specialties, with leadership roles at both the institutional and national levels.
She specializes in accreditation, GME change management, and new program development, with a focus on building efficient systems that strengthen programs and improve the training environment for residents and fellows.
Julie is passionate about advancing the program manager and coordinator role, positioning them as key leaders within graduate medical education.
