Neonatology
Meredith Feldman serves as the Neonatology Fellowship Program Manager at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), bringing more than ten years of experience in graduate medical education, program management, and professional leadership. She holds a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Program Management and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership.
Meredith is passionate about building connections, fostering inclusive communities, and creating opportunities for meaningful engagement. In 2020, she founded the Organization of Neonatal-Perinatal Training Program Coordinators (ONTPC), a professional organization that has grown to nearly 100 members, and continues to serve as its President and Co-Chair of the Professional Development Subcommittee.
At CHOP, Meredith serves on multiple institutional committees focused on wellbeing, engagement, and community, including as a Wellbeing Champion for the Division of Neonatology, as well as serving on the New Fellow Hospital Orientation and Department of Pediatrics Employee Engagement committees. She is committed to creating programs and initiatives that strengthen connections, promote collaboration, and enhance the experience of those within her professional community.
Nationally, Meredith is active in the Association of Pediatric Program Directors (APPD), where she serves as Mid-Atlantic Co-Chair and Mid-Atlantic Mentoring Workgroup Co-Lead. She is also active in the National Society of Academic Medical Administrators (NSAMA), contributing to annual conference planning. Meredith has presented workshops, panels, and posters at APPD, ACGME, and NSAMA conferences on professional development, fellowship engagement, and building collaborative professional networks. She was the 2023 recipient of the NSAMA Distinguished Academic Medical Administrator Award.
As a Community Engagement Board Advisor, Meredith brings a strong commitment to connecting people, strengthening communities, and developing meaningful opportunities for engagement. She is excited to contribute her experience in leadership, collaboration, and community building to help advance the Board’s mission and impact.
