GME Compass, LLC was founded on a simple belief: The people who keep Graduate Medical Education moving forward deserve the same level of support, development, and investment as the programs they work tirelessly to sustain.

For years, we watched dedicated Program Coordinators, Program Managers, Institutional Coordinators and GME Professionals navigate increasingly complex responsibilities with limited formal training, few mentorship Opportunities, and little access to affordable professional development. Many learned through trial and error, carried immense operational responsibility while navigating complex hospital and accreditation systems, and often felt isolated to the challenges they faced.

We knew there had to be a better way.

GME Compass, LLC was created by experienced GME professionals who understand the realities of accreditation, program operations, leadership challenges, process improvement, recruitment, faculty development, and trainee support because we’ve lived them ourselves. We recognized a significant gap between what GME professionals are expected to accomplish and the resources available to help them succeed.

What began as a vision to share practical knowledge has grown into a movement focused on building a stronger, more connected GME community. Through educational content, professional development opportunities, meaningful conversations, strategic consulting, and future technology solutions, we are committed to helping GME professionals navigate challenges, strengthen programs, develop as leaders, and create lasting impact within their institutions.
