The GME Compass Board brings together passionate leaders from across the graduate medical education community who are committed to advancing our mission of supporting, educating, and empowering GME professionals. Representing a variety of roles, specialties, institutions, and areas of expertise, our board provides strategic guidance, innovative ideas, and diverse perspectives that help shape the future of GME Compass.
More than advisors, our board members are active contributors who champion professional development, leadership, collaboration, scholarship, community engagement, technology, and innovation within graduate medical education. Through their service, they help ensure that GME Compass, LLC remains responsive to the evolving needs of program coordinators, program managers, program directors, designated institutional officials, faculty, and the broader GME community.
Board members serve two-year terms with the opportunity for one additional consecutive term. Together, they work to foster meaningful connections, develop valuable resources, expand educational opportunities, and strengthen the national GME community, helping build a profession where every GME professional has access to the knowledge, support, and leadership opportunities they need to thrive.
