I am a Graduate Medical Education professional dedicated to building strong training programs and learning environments grounded in communication, collaboration, accountability, and well-being. I currently serve as a Fellowship Program Administrator for the Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Programs at HCA Medical City Fort Worth. My GME experience spans multiple specialties, including Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Urology, and Family Medicine.

I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Hardin-Simmons University, and my social-work foundation continues to shape how I approach GME—listening, advocating, building trust, and recognizing the person behind the process. Some of the most meaningful work in GME begins with a genuine and honest conversation. As a Certified Training Administrator of Graduate Medical Education (C-TAGME), my professional interests include communication, emotional intelligence, trainee well-being, faculty engagement, and continuous program improvement.

My work on emotional intelligence and resident well-being has also been selected for presentation at the ACGME Annual Educational Conference. At the heart of my work is a genuine interest in people and the relationships that bring a program to life. I value the opportunity to connect with others, learn from different perspectives, and help create environments where people feel supported and part of something bigger than themselves.

I believe the strongest programs are built when people feel valued, communication is intentional, and everyone understands they have a meaningful role in the program’s success. Outside of GME, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, attending concerts, planning celebrations, and turning an ordinary weekend into a spontaneous adventure. Whether at work or at home, I believe it is often the relationships we build and the memories we create along the way that matter most.
