Nicole Losik Aguilar, C-TAGME

Nicole Losik-Aguilar is a C‑TAGME certified Graduate Medical Education Program Administrator with more than two decades of experience leading OB/GYN training programs at Santa Clara Valley Healthcare. Her career centers on building equitable, learner‑centered systems that support the success and well‑being of diverse trainees—including those who identify as LGBTQ+. She oversees residency, fellowship, and medical student programs and leads institutional initiatives focused on accreditation compliance, HR and credentialing workflows, wellness programming, and operational redesign that enhances inclusivity in clinical learning environments.

As the Education Chair of the Association of Program Managers in Obstetrics and Gynecology (APMOG), she develops national curricula and professional development frameworks that emphasize equity, psychological safety, and belonging for GME administrators and learners alike.

She presents annually at the CREOG Education Retreat and the CREOG/APGO Annual Meeting, focusing on leadership, systems improvement, and building training environments where all learners—particularly those from historically excluded communities—can thrive. Her work integrates operational expertise, DEI principles, and wellness-centered program design to ensure that residency environments are safe, supportive, and affirming for LGBTQ+ trainees.

With a background that spans GME operations, public health response, and 23+ years of OB/GYN clinical education support, Nicole is committed to advancing training environments that honor identity, promote authenticity, and remove systemic barriers to success.
